COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Sansei Yasnac OSM-01-2K3 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Sawamura products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sealmaster parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Sciemetric product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Sawamura such as the SS40E2 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MSF19 manufactured by Sealmaster and we are pleased to be able to service most Sealmaster systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 1130 by Manufacturer Sciemetric as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Sanyo-Denki Brand AP2M040XXCT in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Scancon such as 2RMHF1000 equipment made by Scancon have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Scancon products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Scancon" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available ATV32075M3C made by Schneider as well as the popular Q3AA13150HBZTA original spares produced by Sanyo-Denki Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 60WKSM24022PB by Seidel and 2RMHF1000 spares by Scancon are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CT510P7 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Scientific-Columbus. |
